Central Management has an experienced team who assist clients from the early planning stage right through to the final set-up and subsequent management of the sites.
Opportunities
Our initial involvement consists of a two-stage process. Our first meeting with new clients gives us the opportunity to agree with you the level of service required and allow us to then gather the information needed to formulate a bespoke service charge budget.
Implementation
A second meeting will follow, enabling Central Management to present back to you the figures collated, as well as information relating to the ways in which collections will be made and on-site management implemented.
