Central Management works closely with developers at every stage, and across every type of residential block or estate, including those that incorporate freehold units and property operated by housing associations.

Cost-effective management solutions for new developments
Central's involvement with developers can begin from the outset we offer expert advice on design and construction issues  which may later influence the management of the development. Some of these are detailed below:

We will also create a comprehensive budget estimate and management proposal, liaise directly with solicitors and supply information packs to potential buyers. We work closely with sales teams to ensure their clients have an accurate picture of the services available and the annual service charge budget needed to provide them. What's more, we do not generally sub-out cleaning, gardening or general maintenance to external contractors Central Management directly employs its own uniformed caretaking staff in order to maintain control, increase attendance hours, improve standards and reduce service charge expenditure.
