How we help

Central can arrange and place appropriate Buildings Insurance through block and common parts policies in addition to facilitating any claims. Insurance may also extend to Public Liability and Directors Cover (for  three-part leases).

We are an Appointed Representative of NW Brown Insurance Brokers Ltd (www.nwbrown.co.uk), Richmond House, 16-20 Regent Street, Cambridge. NW Brown is authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) - firm number 306173.

Lessees and tenants are required to arrange their own Contents Insurance.
