Ensuring high standards
A resident Management Company (RMC) is a company originally set up when a development is first built, and specifically intended for the management of the development. The name of the RMC and its Companies House details will be mentioned in the lease, and lessees have the right to become directors and assist in steering the management of the scheme. The lessees appoint the managing agent and directors can meet as often as they deem appropriate.
